Subway

I visited this location recently and was quite upset. The workers (service) were fine, the food was great, the management/ownership was the issue. I specifically came to Subway because I received coupons in the mail a few days ago and was feeding a few people doing a job for me so I thought I'd buy everyone subs. After ordering, I presented the coupon and was told their store doesn't accept coupons. 🤔😡 [Moving on...] I then proceeded to pay full price (<$30) because coupons weren't honored. I was handing the employee a $50 bill when they stopped me and said they couldn't accept anything over a $20 bill. 😳 I asked what was wrong, they told me too many counterfeit bills. I inquired if they have a counterfeit pen to mark a bill to check and they do, but the owner doesn't want to accept big bills. I felt like walking out because the establishment wouldn't accept my money I worked for that was real. Instead, I had to go out to my car to find a credit card to pay for the order. Not exactly a smooth visit to Subway 🤬 P.S. I gave 2 stars because food and employees were great, just how store operates is subpar.

Horrible service. I stop in 20 minutes before closing. They have already started cleaning up, which is fine. They hear me come in and no one waits on me for 5 mins while they are obviously upset and slamming down the pans etc. Finally get to order and all the girl does is huff the whole time. Sorry I wanted a sandwich while they were open.

Terrible service, due to the attitude of the young girl, with the curly hair. This store has signs posted asking to follow their rules. She asked what kind of veggies I wanted. There was an older lady in front of the veggies, picking hers (the young lady helping her was very kind and smiling). I told her I’m trying to follow their rules, so I would wait until I could see them. My fiancé asked if he could get his sandwich toasted, she threw it in the oven with attitude. As soon as I was able to see the veggies, she was slamming every veggie I asked for on my wrap and then proceeded to start folding it up without any kind of sauce. My fiancé had enough and said forget this place, we’ll go somewhere else and we left.
