Ordered a coffee and bagel. Got my coffee and waited for my bagel for 5 minutes because it was on the other side of the store and no one said anything even though the store was empty and they knew I was just standing there waiting for my bagel. In addition, the cream cheese curdled completely And they told me I need to go back to the store to get a refund (I got the bagel before work so there was no going back to the store). Bad customer service overall will not go back and would not recommend. There’s a much better run Starbucks down the block and the coffee and bagels are about the same price.

I ordered ahead for a to-go order consisting of two drinks. I arrived a few minutes after I placed my order and I ended up waiting 10 minutes for two drinks (I was the only one there and several employees were just talking the whole time and not working). When I went to pick up my drink from the holder after getting it, the entire side of one drink had syrup on the side of it. I got syrup on my hand, my sweater, and cup holder. Drinks were average quality but I'd recommend going to the location on New Hyde Park Rd instead. They're way faster and never gave me messy drinks before.

I used the app to order an iced latte. When I arrived, it was waiting but extremely light. I asked if they added the coffee because it looked like milk on ice. They offered to make another, I accepted the offer. The finished product was equally light and it tasted like it was almost all milk. The worst part of my visit was having the guy behind the counter explain to me the a latte is espresso and milk. I order the same drink everyday. I know exactly what it's supposed to look and taste like. If you want a drink made properly, visit the location on Hillside and New Hyde Park Road.
