Pizza Hut

I placed an order around 7:15 my order was to be ready at 7:30. Whole Double pepperoni 1 half with beef, the other half Canadian bacon. I get their and it was only a double pepperoni pizza. So I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for my correct pizza. Meanwhile my partners pizza from papa John's across the street was already prepared waiting in the vehicle with us so when we got home. His pizza was already cold due to us waiting on pizza hut to get it together. Below is the first pizza then the second. My son was waiting so a few slices already gone.

11/10. Pizza Hut ALWAYS soothes my soul. I’m too much of a fan. The reward system is awesome and very fair (seriously!) got my free pizza tonight and im so excited oh my goodness. The Pizza and quality of delivery has been 100% awesome EVERY time (I have ordered Delivery from this Hut at least twenty times) i have to leave a review. and the delivery drivers are so incredibly sweet and efficient. Seriously NEVER rude or upset. Good stuff. Sherri just called me to confirm that my Pizza was just about to arrive which I love bc I get startled easily, so the alert/notification was great. A1 Pizza Hut. Thank so much for your hard and consistent work.

disappointed again! this is the third time. why do i keep ordering from here?!?! placed an online order, got charged, waited 2.5 hrs and nada. i understand i only ordered $44 worth of stuff and perhaps its not worth the time to figure out what happened to my order but it wouldve been nice to know they cared n put some effort to figure out how it disappeared even though i got a message that it was on the way. I'm deleting the app and definitely making sure no one at our hospital goes thru this disappointment.

I don't mind that the pizza was average. Being ignored by 2 different employees in an empty store when picking up my pizza is inexcusable. It's basic customer service to greet someone that enters your store, even if you are "busy" stocking drinks, or checking on another order. The employees may have no standards, but the fact that an owner or manager would tolerate that kind of behavior says everything. If customer service standards are that low, do you imagine their standards in the kitchen are any different? I think I've lost my appetite.

We ordered pizza delivery with a 2 litre soft drink to our hotel room. It took them an hour and the pizza was cold and the driver forgot the drink! They wouldn't give us a refund on the drink. They promised to deliver the soft drink ASAP. It was delivered 2 hours later! We will never order from this place again!

I would give it no stars if I could. First of all, place was empty when we arrived and all the tables were dirty. It took the server a good 5 minutes to acknowledge us. Then she took our order: a pizza and wings. Never wrote it down and she had to come back 3 times to verify the order. People that arrived after us got served before us. We left before we got our food. The manager didn't even care to hear our complaint. Crappy service. Never again.
