Dunkin'

Wow okay so I'm only giving this Baskin Robins a 3 star because I really enjoyed my ice cream. Otherwise, the service was mediocre at best. Here are my notes on this place - Figured it could be easier to read in bullets: + As standard, the guy behind the counter let us sample which ever flavors we wanted + My friend wanted a cookie sandwich, but they ran out of cookies + He then asked for a brownie, but they ran out of brownies + He then wanted a sundae but they ran out of the chocolate sauce + I really wanted a waffle cone, but all of the ones they had were broken + Ended up getting our ice creams, and then he directed us to go pay at the Dunkin Doughnuts counter instead of the ice cream counter (which was weird) + While we were doing that, the guy that was helping us with the ice cream left his post behind the counter and walked around to play video games with his friends who had set up their monitor and game console in the corner. Super Non-professional. However, I do love ice cream, and I got what I came for.

Update: the service is still good, but the place is very dirty (inside and right outside) and there are homeless people always sleeping on the couches and swarming one of their entrances. Original: Awesome donuts. Awesome ice creams. Mostly great customer service, other times exuberant--depending on the cashiers :)

This is my favorite place before work. staff is wonderful. The meatless breakfast is amazing. The thing I go here most for is the coffee. They are so good with their espresso. They don't let it sit. It's not forgotten about while they do other tasks which is a huge thing to me as I like the most caffeine and flavour out of mine. Staff is so nice I've been going here over a, year now.

I can't thank the staff here enough for the professionalism and kindness! When a large catering order I placed at a different business was not honored, Kylie and Mary put together my order with a smile. I'll be sure to come back because they not only have a great product (the baker even came out to check on the order!) but the best customer service in town!!! Thank you ladies, you rock!!!
