I am writing this as Texas is the middle of a snowstorm and horrible weather conditions.. this 7-eleven has SAVED us!! They were the ONLY PLACE OPEN for two days with warm food. The man filling orders from the app had worked for two days straight because no-one else could make it in. The reason they have such bad reviews is because of the people coming to shop NOT the worker's!! Thank you 7-11!!!

These cashiers truly care about people. They saved me from an assault outside their premises, then comforted me inside after the incident. Thank you for being life savers as well as providing lunch.

This is the absolute best 7-Eleven I've ever visited. The cashier was very nice and even double bagged my bulky purchase since I had a few blocks to walk. I was very impressed with the customer service. I visited on a Saturday evening.

This store is locally owned and therefore they are trying to improve the overall customer experience. The store is clean and well stocked considering how busy they are. I love the friendly staff.

It's a 7-11 convenience store that happens to have friendly staff. If you are looking for something other than a 7-11, don't go here, and don't leave a negative review. If you ARE looking for a normal 7-11 with the usual selection of drinks, hot food items, etc., HOO boy are you in luck, because that is what this place is. You will be pleased.

A great location in upper downtown. Deli is fresh. Most staff is friendly.

This is a convenient place if you find yourself on Congress Avenue. I usually stop in for a Slurpee or a snack for my ride back home.
