The food looks good, and then you taste it. It's salt city, I had to have 3 cups of water and I still got a sodium headache.
Salt isn't the only seasoning out there.
Saving grace was that we got the meal for free because their system was down

It is my favorite place for Sunday brunch. Easily reserve the seats for 4 to 5 persons. There are many food choices available, and there are seasonal items, too.

Been to several similar breakfast joints, chain and local, but this is the first time here surprisingly. Went at 10am on Saturday. Was busy as expected with a wait. They stated it would be 30 to 45 minutes and it was every bit of 35 minutes. FYI to licensed carry holders...no firearms allowed in the property at all...30.06, 30.07, and 30.05 apply.
Service was good despite the fact that they made our entire order to go even though we asked for only one item to go. I had the Biscuit with Turkey Sausage Gravy with Scrambled Eggs and Seasoned Potatoes and my wife had the Traditional Breakfast with Srambled Eggs, Bacon, and Artisan Toast. The biscuit and sausage gravy was good...not awesome but solid. The eggs from both plates were also good. The potatoes were ok...a little under done. The artisan bread was amazing though. Next time we're gonna try something more interesting, something creative which the menu has plenty of. This visit was focused on breakfast staples to see how well they prepared the basics. Overall it was ok. Will come back to try other stuff because many menu items look really good. We'll see!

I've been eating breakfast at First Watch for about a year now. Each time I frequent the restaurant I am welcome with a warm greeting and receive exceptional service from the wait staff! I love to eat breakfast and I usually get the Biscuits and Turkey Sausage Gravy. Sometimes I go for the Eggs Benedict original or an Omelette. And on occasion I will taste the French Toast. Andrew the GM has carefully picked some wonderful folks that offer impeccable service with a smile and they give me extra gravy when I ask for it. I love that and I love First Watch for breakfast or lunch.

I got seated in no time, but it took the server a good 5 minutes to get to me - restaurant was busy, but not crazy, so I believe they were shortstaffed. Once she got to me though, everything went super smooth. Food arrived quickly and it was delicious, their watermelon+pineapple juice was outstanding, and the coffee was also great. Will definitely come back!

High recommend this place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. Suggest that you put your name on online waitlist if you don’t want to wait in restaurants, although they turn the table really fast and efficient. For me it’s 15-20min wait in Sunday around 10, and the food was definitely worth it. The staffs were friendly and attentive. Had a great first experience.

The French toast was great! The chicken sausage patty was surprisingly really good. The Belgium waffle was very fluffy. My wife liked her traditional breakfast and the coffee was on point! Great bang for your buck and the staff was really nice! Worth coming back again!

Unfortunately our first trip here was during Mothers Day weekend so there was a limited menu. Fortunately it was all still wonderful.
Our server Corey provided excellent service and recommendations. They had no problem making some minor tweaks to the dishes either, so if things don't look exactly like you want, ask.
The Chorizo Sunrise Sandwich (which is sadly only on their Spring Seasonal Menu) was so flavorful. And here they let me substitute scrambled eggs.
I was also able to get their fantastic biscuits and gravy as a side to compliment my sandwich. It was exactly what I was looking for this trip.
My wife had the Traditional Breakfast and was very pleased. We noticed that the larger pieces of potatoes were a bit bland, but the smaller pieces were not. The toast and berry spread were a stand out. Multi grain but not too heavy.
Highly recommended. Definitely coming back.
