Panera Bread

This crew is fabulous and Panera Location! Great customer service from the start (when I wasn’t even a customer but simply an inquiring party.) Their baked goods were such a hit with my students and they were so kind and gracious with our request. To the Manager Jennifer and Selena, thank you for generosity and professionalism!!!

TLDR: Generally good, but sometimes service is bad I usually order online and generally have a good experience, especially on the weekdays. On Sunday at about 10am, I ordered online and came to the store after 10 min. The iced coffee I ordered was ready and sitting on the table. Got a notification that my order was taking longer -- no problem. I stood there for about 10-15 more min in front of the pick up area. Finally, the woman manager asked my what order I was waiting for. She then told me they didn't have the bagel for my Avocado, Egg White & Spinach, did not apologize and asked me what bread I would like instead. So all this time I was just standing there waiting for the order that was not even being made while my iced coffee was turning into cold water coffee. Moreover, when I got home the sandwich was missing avocado and tomato. A few things here: - staff didn't apologize - why not make hot/cold drinks AFTER the food is ready - why not call and let me know about the bagel early on so I don't have to wait - missing ingredients

This location is horrible. Customer service is ghetto to say the least from the manager on down. The blender machine is reported to be broke every time I go meaning they can not make smoothies. The drive threw is consistently blocked so customers have to come in to be told they can not provide services. If corporate is wandering why this location is losing money this is why. My staff use to go daily.

This Panera is hit or miss on food, I order a steak and white cheese sandwich (has 4 ingredients) and what I get is missing two of them... How do you mess that up? Also the bread was burnt to a crisp and had about 50% of the meat it normally has. Definitely varies by which disgruntled cook is making your food.
