Kfc

Rude customer service. Did not put sour cream on my food, i asked for a crunch wrap supreme with the soft taco. when i went up to the counter to ask for some they made me pay for it when it’s supposed to come on the food and i stood there waiting for them to even come up to me when they were standing around right there when they finally did they were rude about it. My boyfriends meal did not come with everything is was supposed too. we got dirty looks from all the staff. Avery unimpressed.

I have never been disappointed with kfc in Augusta like I have been tonight, got macaroni and cheese and it was burnt as well as the biscuits was squished in the box. Plus the Mac and cheese and potatoes was only half containers. We paid extra for the Mac and cheese so was expecting not burnt and my money’s worth. Other then that I absolutely love Augusta kfc

The food is fine. But on December 21, I waited 20 minutes for 2 pot pies that he said he had. 6 people were ahead of me waiting for their orders some to go and some to eat there. We watched alot of orders go out the drive through while we were waiting. After a long day the last thing anyone wants to do is wait half an hour for a small order. I started saying I was going to write a review and then a worker looked at me, and grabbed the pies and said there you go, rudely. And the people that were there before were is waiting. I wont go back !!

They got my order wrong. Than the manager said it's not in there system and basically calling me a liar. He didn't want to fix my order but eventually he did. Than after my order was right the girl threw my food on the counter and said with a attitude have a good day. The manager and the girl was rude and gave me a attitude. One of the guys put back gave me a dirty look a few times. I have been going to this place for 20 plus years and never had any issues untill tonight. Very disappointed. They have never treated me this way before.

I am only giving 2 stars because my granddaughters said the food was good. I went through the drive through and the girl who gave me my food and for my granddaughters was extremely rude. There was a mixup on drinks and I finally told her if I had already paid for them I would take. She closed the window and was going to keep the drinks I had already paid for. She finally gave me the drinks which I had already said I would take and said have a nice evening really fast and slammed the window closed. Very rude.
