Red Shark

I currently have covid and have been laid up in bed for about a week now, today was the first day I felt like eating anything. I ordered the 2 piece whole Catfish plate with a crabcake and fried whole mushrooms. Let me tell you, this was the best fried catfish I have ever had even better than when i catch, clean, and cook them myself. It was easy to pull off the bone and perfectly seasoned fried crispy so the tails were nice and crunchy. Everything had this delicious seasoning in it and came hot and fresh.

The food and the prices are great. However, the professionalism has much to be desired!!! The cashier don't smile or look at you when she is talking to you and mumbles I had to ask her 3 times what she was saying . She continued to say it the same way at the same volume. When someone asks you what you said, that usually means either your not talking loud enough or not clear enough so change the way your speaking to your customer!! The young girl in the back with the pink hair is not friendly at all and the dirty yellow house shoes are very inappropriate. she is dressed like shes at home lounging. They have the music in the back entirely too loud with bad language. Neither one of the girls greeted you or said thank you or your welcome when i said thank you after receiving my food. I'm sure the owner is not aware of what is going on in their establishment. It's very obvious the employees do not take any pride in there presentation or customer service. There were 4 other customers in there that are talking about the service and professionalism as well. 1 customer walked out. The cook did an amazing job on my dinner.

Poor service! Good portion of food however it was undone and fried in BAD GREASE!!! I called and told them soon as I got home and they told me to bring it back but I was getting ready for work and couldn’t…. She (owners wife) told me to put it in fridge and bring it back the next day for a replacement…… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Gizzards fried in bad grease and oysters as well and they are undone! Remind you I asked that it all be fried hard.

After waiting to place a order for 30 minutes I received array of this fries that looks like there old reput in grease chicken tough but eatable this is second time usaly red shark is pretty good it’s lately been food either done to much or under done wish they would get back to the way they were I eat there at least three times a week but as of now I’m look somewhere else until they get back thank you Chris

📣📣 Just let me give you a little HEADS UP... This is the most disgusting food that I ordered when we were hungry it was delivered late.... over an hour📣 the food was disgusting the fish was not fried hard or crispy🤮 it was soft and mushy , COLD and yellow 🤮🤮🤮 On top of it all, NO SEASONING Red Shark the onion rings were sliced so thin and they were so slimy when you bite into it this piece of onion was so thin and so slimy it almost got caught in my throat it slipped ... The coleslaw disgusting... taste like chopped up great big pieces of cabbage it was just the whole meal was disgusting now I can't reach these people ....... to even get my money back!!!! and the app won't let me in through Postmates but they could take my money but I can't reach them now.. SAVE YOUR MONEY... GARBAGE 🗑️🤮 Receipts🧾🧾🧾
