I waited 12 minutes while half a dozen employees ran around doing inconsequential things like turning off the closed sign when the store closes at 9:00 pm and it was only 6:30 pm and one guy made the orders for everyone waiting. It was no wonder I got such a pitiful little cup of COLD chili and a sad little sub. They truly needed some mature management the evening I visited.

Ordered $180 worth of sandwiches (two boxes) with chips and cookies (two boxes) along with two gallons of sweet tea online. I had no problem waiting for them which we have preferred numerous times over the last couple years but got an immediate phone call saying they need 24 hours to do order and can’t do it. Website says orders over $500 need notice. That’s roughly 12-15 subs cut in small pieces. Back to chic filet we go. Who always is helpful. No more firehouse for out business.

I ordered a large Italian sub and asked for extra Mayo and Italian dressing and an extra pickle and didn’t get anything I asked for.. I’ve visited this establishment on several occasions and it seems extra is a major issue. My sub wasn’t at all cheap so if I pay for extra it shouldn’t be an issue. I said thank you and the man gave me a very dry your welcome.. Definitely won’t be back.

My brother went to pick up our food and when he got it home we realized they ALL the stuff we asked for wasn’t on there and they didn’t have cheese on them either. Idk if it was because it was so close to closing but they were not good at all.

Came in to order only to see 8 other ppl were sitting waiting as well!! Ridiculous!! It’s was too many employees in there to have such a long wait! (20 minutes) They could’ve at least offer a drink for the wait, if you go at night just be prepared to wait a while

Update: 1/11/22 ...So, I decided to give this facility another try. I was very disappointed again. I ordered two medium subs. One Italian and one Club on a sub. Once again the staff seemed just... not like it used to be. I decided to check my purchase when I got to the car. The Italian sub literally had maybe a three inch small square of meat in the CENTER and there was NONE on either end of the sub.... it was just pure bun. So I took it back in and told them that I try hard not to complain, but there was literally nothing there but bread. I am simply NOT going to pay $8 for a bun. The lady took it back and told me she would remake it. I am pretty sure she didn't make a new sandwich, she simply added the meat that should have been there in the first place. This WILL be the last time I patronize this establishment. Really disappointed with this visit. Been there before and never an issue. Perhaps a new staff. I was given my order, without the usual marking. When I questioned which was which, I got a blank faced stare and a "I don't know." I checked order and it was a good thing I did, as it was not MINE. I then had to wait for my order yet again. I'll be going back to Baldinos from now on. I can see order being prepared there!

I ordered a sub from there a few mins ago and everything I told the guy over the phone that I wanted on my sub was not on there. I even called and it kept saying the number wasn't a working number.
