Subway

We order from this subway location online and everytime its something either they forget to add something or the bread is not cooked all the way. This time I go to pick up the subs and not one employee greeted me or anyone else that came into the place. I waited in the Express line and no employee asked for the name on the order. After some time finally one employee asked if I'm here for pick up I said yes. She then just pointed to the back of the line. So I went there and waited. Other people with online orders followed me to the back of the line and we waited. Then I noticed a shelf with subs on it and seen one was the order I came into to get. This is the first time they did it like this. No one was even checking to see if you are the right person for the order pick up I could of took any sub I wanted. I then told others in line and they got theirs. I get its busy but how hard is it to communicate with the costumers. This subway location needs to get it together. Maybe a better leadership is needed and employees should be better evaluated on costumer service and communication skills.

This is the last time Subway will ever get my business. I've never seen such a shotty sub. The bread didn't even taste fresh. The lettuce was turning, looks like it was used 3/4 days in a row. It wasn't more than 2 pieces of meat. The owners need to stop being so cheap or just give up the food business.

I arrive at this special restaurant once a month as I love the ambiance that is unique to this restaurant. The team is exceptionally loving and experienced. The service is exceptionally rapid. Not to mention, the food they prepare is good. I visited more than once and I was always joyful. The pay is decent. I suggest this restaurant to all my friends.

Good friendly service! Ordered the steak, egg and cheese on a flatbread but the eggs were luke warm. Happens at most subways I've been to. They sometimes give it extra heat to make sure it's hot because by the time you find out it's cold, it's a mess with all the toppings. Maybe I'm the only one that gets cold eggs and steak.. Flavor was great besides the temperature!
