Avis sur 7-eleven

Here at the height of a pandemic the owner or staff continue to serve people that come in with no mask. Even after doing so they do not clean the credit card terminals these people are using for the next person. Practically every time I come here they continue to say nothing to people without masks and provide service. I will not be back I recommend unless you feel like getting sick you don't either. I had to to clean my own cc terminal since 10 people went through without them touching it. Could be hundreds for all we know. Completely careless!

The clerk that works at night is a liar and very aggressive not very friendly I would not come back here between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. I think that's his shift he wears a yellow turban also they do not sell scratch tickets between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. this 7-Eleven needs to improve on their customer service and please get off the cell phone who you talkin to constantly should be giving us some attention not being annoyed cause we're interrupting your conversation

I was recently just in this 7 11bottom doing my job which is, I have a list of items i check verifying each product with the barcode, I report back to my company how items are displayed, how they're advertised, how they are presented and so forth . 20 minutes into me being here ( and interacted with the employees raw and the other one that work there and purchased a Slurpee and cookies so I was no stranger to the employees that I was there doing what I was doing) I was approached extremely aggressively by the employee Rai and he told me that I needed to get out of his store. I was trying to speak to him telling him that I was working. But he kept talking over me and coming closer to me intimidating me and honestly scaring me. so I said I'll just contact your boss tomorrow because I find it hard to believe other people don't come in here and do exactly what I'm doing, considering 7 11 sells a whole bunch of different items. as I was leaving I was being yelled at by both employees Rai and another service worker. There was a lot of customers in the store and i think i can speak for eveyone of them that they were shocked and disgusted at these grown men kicking a young girl just doing her job out of the store. I was even approched by two customers saying they have my back if i report this. I said yes this will be reported because no one especially a young woman alone should never have to put up with the treatment i got from the two grown men service workers asking intentionally intimidating me, humiliating me and degrading. As i was leaving Rai came at me as if he was going to attack me yelling " you buy the Slurpee now. " I looked at Rob and said I just bought this from you not even 15 minutes ago at that point I was extremely concerned and scared considering the person didn't even remember he rang me up and had a conversation with me 15 minutes ago these people should not be working in the public and should not be working closely with women because I can honestly say that I am scared and frightened and honestly I don't think I'll get over this ever I mean that's how bad I was treated I am reporting this company and these employees to the consumer protection Division and the Better Business Bureau. thank you to the two people that came out after my bring kicked out and verbally assult and said they would back me up on reporting the 7-Eleven and the employees.
