Bigfoot Java

I love BFJ and go to Big foot Java every morning and on weekends twice a day without fail the girls ate always sweet and drink is always amazing. Today i was unable to go to the location i usually go to due to work. On my break i called ahead to this location to see i could put my order in and the girl i spoke with was incredibly rude said she couldnt do that and hung up on me, so i drove to this location waites in line got to the window put my order in and the girl turned around and just started talking with her other associates for 5 mintues before even making my drink mind you with 5 cars behind me. After getting her attention i asked if drink was ready she told me she had just started it with complete attitude then handed me my drink with no whip as i did request and walked away from the window and continued talking with her friends.this was completely rude and unprofessional to me and the 5 cars behind me.

Sat in line on one side and watched 5 other cars on other side line get help and drinks and leave. I got out and asked what was going on and I was greeted with very rude and unhelpful opinion. I asked since there is 3 of you could you help her because it’s not fair for this side to not get service while this side drives right up and leaves.
