Honestly... the WORST experience I've had at any restaurant in Auburn INCLUDING fast food joints. i work near the place so I wanted to try and "support local business." so this weekend Me and my Lady tried it. she ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger. she enjoyed it. said it was okay. something she could make at home but it was Good. i Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. they advertised it on the windows of the establishment. so i imagined it being one of their better meals. it was the WORST i ever had!!! they literally gave me enough meat to eat only 1/3 of the sandwich. and that's what i did. put the Little amount of meat on only part of the bread and ripped the rest of the bread off and just sat it down on the table while my girlfriend ate her food. and to think i spent $20 on 2 basic meals. I could of bought McDonalds for $12 LMAO. i wanted to ask for a refund but i didnt want to end up making a scene or embarrassing my Girl. but yes this was the worst place have eaten at in a while.

If I could give theme no stars I would. We ordered pretty close to our usual and when we got up to the window to pay we where told they didn't have one of our items so we changed the order. We waited over 20 minutes to get our food to get home to missing items. The fish and chips and a garden burger called by this point I was furious well sorry ma'am we are closing we don't have anymore garden burgers but there's still people in the lobby you can have a refund for a garden burger and get more fish and chips. My husband went back and was told they would be ready in 5 minutes. Sorry you couldn't eat with your family most of your order was missing we then sold out of a 2nd item but we will refund you! Amazing how a simple order went horribly wrong even after waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru

If I could put - star rating I would. Close shop Chicago Willies your products suck. My hamburger was inedible yesterday as the 1 wilted piece of lettuce was pulled from a dumpster that had not been emptied in 5 days. The meat is strange tasting, the onion ring had strange batter on it. Never will I return. What you sell reveals your morals...go buy some cause you are ripping the public off. Terry C
