Store has really changed over this year. As one of the managers, I can definitely say that when I got here things were not well. Over the course of this year, the quality of food and service has changed drastically. If you don’t believe me, come by and we will change your mind!

Small place but nice size booth good for a quick bite at lunch the foods consistent nice clean front half clean bathrooms but small big parking lot not to easy to exit when leaving do to Auburn traffic

I went last night around 8. The service was terrible. The lady at the window was very rude. I'm not sure if it was because they were busy, but that has nothing to do with being friendly. I was shocked. They are normally very friendly. The tenders were cooked too hard and I was not pleased with my visit.

Have always gotten zaxby’s, first time using this location and didn’t receive a military discount. Which is not a problem robot but every other zaxbys has given my family military discounts.
If the policy states that you have to be in uniform to receive it I believe that should be shared throughout every location.

Took almost 15 min to get lukewarm meal. Then they wanted to charge another .25 to get an extra Ranch dip. Ridiculous. Will not be back anytime soon :(

Was a very long wait, then after getting my meal, it wasn’t fresh, extremely hard chicken with the toast missing. Had to turn back around just to wait in a long line again.

Very pleased with my experience today, the lady who took my order was VERY SWEET, I got myself a house salad and the quality was really good, I'm sure you or someone you have been eating with has ordered a salad and received....not the best quality of lettuce or other fresh toppings. It was delicious, fast and efficient service, way to go zaxby's! P.s. at the top of my receipt it says Summer M, so Im guessing that's the young lady who took my order.

They get my order correct, but you never know how fresh the food truly is. Some days it is perfect, other days it is too dry or not cooked well enough... overall a decent place for a quick meal.
