Very good at messing up orders. I specifically told them I didn’t want whip cream. The receipt even said “no whip” on my cup, yet they still gave me whip cream. When I said some to them about it, they just took some of it off and left some on there. I was very disappointed, what if I was allergic???

They’re good in messing up orders. No fault of the staff on shift. The load during busy hours is overwhelming for the employees on shift and management should take that into consideration. However if you do get an online order during peak hours be ready to be disappointed.

I have used the South College Starbucks often but today, you lost my business permanently. You left customers for over 20 minutes in the drive thru, no acknowledgement that your closed. When waiting, a person walks out the back door taking trash out they say they are closed. When trying to speak to them, I said they should have said something to the six cars and customers outside their doors that they simply ignored. I mean they would not respond to you. Its Christmas Eve, and it soured my mood terribly and the fact you dont say I'm sorry, grinch wishes to you. And my 100.00 a month I have been spending will go to Dunkin from now on.

This Starbucks is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Even with order ahead I have waited 30 minutes for my coffee. They’re randomly closed some days and times and rarely have their mobile ordering available.
