Domino's Pizza

Ordered the cookie/brownie cake , added a tip for the driver and received burnt food. Spoke with the guy in charge, let him know I was unhappy, offered to make a new one but I have to pick it up.Not happy with that at all. I let him know that I was unsatisfied and all he did was turn his back and shrug his shoulders. Makes me not want to order from Domino’s again.

Ordered 4 pizzas 2 cinnamon twist and a soda. I work less then a mile from the store. No delivery drivers I go pick up my order and 3 out of 4 pizzas uncut all my sauces were wrong and I paid extra for them. Not even a I’m sorry we don’t have any. Staff barely said a word to me other then the amount that was needed. Very unprofessional. I am a dominos driver for another store. Their customer service sucks and will not be going back.

Greetings Domino's Pizza.... I actually had to place an order for my neighbors... They ordered 5 gluten free pizzas.... The young man their name Rob.. Who I found out was a manager.. 👍.... Was so cordial / professional and patient... That he actually helped me with my online order that I was blessing my neighbors with... I've been to many restaurants in my life 😆.... But I must say... This Domino's at 271 county St. in Attleboro Massachusetts... Has done an amazing job.. I must say that Mr Rob was so professional and on his job.. That he actually help to prepare my order and make sure the area that they were preparing the food That it was clean as possible for the gluten-free pizzas to be prepared.. I hope my next visit here will be the same.... So if anybody asks me... of a good pizza place to get quality Pizza... **** I am truly going to recommend Domino's Pizza at 271 county St in Attleboro Massachusetts.... Thank you so much Domino's and Mr Rob once again for your quality work...😆☝️✅

Very very very bad customer service. Call in ordered and waited for 2 hours, still food haven't arrive. 4 times i called in and check on the order, they told me the food will arrive in 20 minutes . After 5 time calling , the female manager said there nothing they can do. She said either wait or she have to refund the money and hang up the phone. Use to love dominoes pizza but after this I WILL NOT ORDER FROM DOMINOES AGAIN.

They had no problem taking my order and charging my credit card. Started preparing my order then 15 mins later they cancel it. Try to call to find out why and was on hold for over 30 mins. Nobody answers. Finally get through and only 2 employees. They can’t handle volume of orders. Dominos needs to hire more staff. This is ridiculous. What if this happened to someone who was using their last $20 to order food? Step it up corporate!!

Lackluster communication. A pizza, lava cake, and breadbite took 50 minutes. Ordered at 6:08, in store waiting since 6:25, still not out and not a word spoken to me until i stand at the register and wait until one of them come by as people come in and out with other orders. Finally out the door at 7.
