Dunkin'

I have to go to this location everyday before work because it’s the closest one to me. They VERY frequently get my order incorrect and I sadly don’t have time to go back to fix it. I would say 6/10 times I get either the wrong coffee or I’m missing an item from my very small order. Very disappointing but at least the workers are usually friendly.

I'm in every morning for my coffee. It's always good, if not they make it good. Jessica is a great leader. All the staff does their best. 11/13/17, revised, I went in at 730am and a new girl made my coffee, too much cream. It's been replaced with a smile and a better coffee. It's okay if the mistake is rectified with no resistance. Some places... not so much. Thanks again.

I came in yesterday (6/6/19) at around 5ish in the afternoon, waiting at the front register while a girl was literally on her phone at the window and either didn't see me, or just didn't care. There were no other customers around so I'm not sure how she missed me. Unbelievable. I would've left and probably not come back again until a boy working with her came out of the back just in time and took my order, just an iced coffee. I didn't catch his name but he is the only reason this didn't turn into a 1 star review. I hate giving out mediocre reviews especially since the coffee was good, but whoever that girl was hurt this review pretty bad. Whoever the boss is seriously needs to have a talk with her.

Excellent service. The workers are great. Fast and friendly. But the consistency of the the coffee itself, maybe 60% of time it's good. Avid iced coffee drinker. Lots of times it's bitter and leaves a horrible aftertaste. Sick of paying for garbage. I think if the iced coffee bags were stirred occasionally or something it would be better. It's like drinking the bottom of a burnt pot.
