Hardee's

They charged me $.60 to add tomatoes to my Mushroom & Swiss burgers and didn't put any on either one. I took the food back to work with where I noticed it, I called them about it and they said I had to return them back in to them or they couldn't do anything. I didn't have time so they got me. Definitely do not recommend and I will not return

Worst Hardee's EVER!! Every single time I come here I am severely disappointed. I've had food that tasted like cleaning products, food that was oozing out of the packaging, food that was basically bread. It's like the people who run this place just don't care at all. Like Hardee's has no standards. The people aren't friendly. The food is awful. I give up on this place. They need to replace every person here from the management that lets the food leave this way to the people cooking it that take no pride whatsoever in their job. I didn't even get a receipt. I will not be coming back here. It's not that far of a drive to the Hardee's on Merrill rd.

This morning we went through drive-thru to get breakfast. The food is always great. The only problem I have is to please not rush the customer when placing orders. I know that you're trying to keep your drive-thru time down and that speed is what was focused on this morning. I asked for a moment to place my order. The lady taking the order seemed to be impatient today. I just needed a moment to overlook the menu. This location has always had great food quality. We'll still be coming back. Just be patient with the customers.

Had a great lunch here. Hardy's has great burgers and the staff here is friendly. They bring your food out to your table when it's ready. Everything wad hot and fresh, which doesn't happen often in fast food. At the same time the lettuce tomato and onion were fresh cool and crispy. Not soggy and disappointing. Definitely recommend for a quick lunch that isn't just terrible soggy fast food.

Its weird, I really like a Hardee's breakfast. And this location has never disappointed with there breakfast service. It's the night service that has problems. I have pulled up several times right around 7:30-8 pm never late. Not ten at night, or even 9 and this place looks open, but no one responds. I'd understand if it happened once, but this happened so much it was like the staff there was conditioning the locals to know that the lights might be on, but after a certain time, no service. I might be mistaken, but this is after sitting in a drive thru many times with no response and the appearance of an open business.

The drive through service was fast, courteous and efficient! Hardee's on Mayport Road made getting a meal for a sick friend easy. Haven't been inside the restaurant, though the drive through gets a top recommendation. In and out access is on Levy Road. There is a traffic light at the intersection of Mayport and Levy roads.

Got some coupons in the mail. I haven't eaten Hardees in a while so I defiantly wanted to go. I've been a few times this month and I usually go in the morning. The food has come hot and fresh and is correct to my order. The service is nice and even though there are usually people in the lobby it is rather quiet. The coupons usually take a couple dollars of an item or combo. I will most def visit again.
