Dunkin'

I have always went to this dunkin because it’s close to base and I’ve always loved the caramel iced coffees. I’ve been three different times in the past 2 months now and their iced coffees have become horrible. There’s never any ice and they taste like burnt coffee. I don’t know if the new people who work there just don’t know what they’re doing or what. I hate writing bad reviews because they’re always so nice here and normally don’t suck.

Poor service, always made my orders wrong. I kept giving them chances and they never fixed their messed up mistakes. I always order online and it takes me 10 minutes to walk there only to be met with waiting even longer for my stuff to be done. Most of the time my drinks are done but placed in the back and not where they are supposed to be. I'm sick and tired of it. I dont recommend this place. And when confronted all they can say is sorry. An empty apology. Not recommended. Go to another dunkin. Not this one

Ordered cold brew, on special, for $3.00 what I got was watered down ICE COFFEE with cold foam that melted in 2 sec after driving away!! Why give the customer the wrong item. Last time ordered an espresso drink for $5.82, prepaid on app same as today, and the machine was broken and offered me REGULAR COFFEE!! I HOPE WE GET A STARBUCKS IN THE NEW PLAZA BEING BUILT IN MAYPORT

This particular Dunkin’ site has been absolutely disappointing. On several accounts I have ordered drinks not mixed correctly and not having enough of the actual coffee in them. As well as the donuts always being dry and having barely any frosting on them...like, small half inch lines of frosting. Not only that, but throwing donuts into a bag carelessly and letting the little frosting just wipe off on the bottom of the bag and make a mess. No napkin or anything. I would rather take the time to drive off the base to the next store than attend this one again.

Very friendly over the speaker. I ordered two large iced coffees with hazelnut swirl and light on the cream. Got to the window and both drinks were almost the same color as milk. So I asked nicely if they could remake them since I asked for light cream. Window guy was not impressed with my request. Closed the window and then opened it not more than 10 seconds later and handed me the same drinks back. I asked if they had remade them or if these were the same ones, and he said they dumped some of the old drink and just added more iced coffee.. which would be fine had the drinks not been flavored. Also one of the drinks didn’t contain a single ice cube. I didn’t want to make a huge fuss about $3 coffees so i just drove away with my sad coffees. Overall, window guy was a grouch to me, they had at least five staff on and it wasn’t busy, should have been a simple order. Disappointed because I’m a barista at a local coffee shop and I know how simple that drink is and the customer service was not good to say the least. 100% won’t be going back to this location. I’ll stick to the one on Atlantic.
