This place was fantastic. The staff is super hard working and it was packed. In the highly coveted Atlantic Beach. They do have valet parking since it is difficult to get parking there. The food came out fairly quick and tasted great. The sliders were super spicy and mixed perfectly with ranch. The chicken and waffles are my favorite with the jam it comes with. Fries crushed it. We will be coming back.

The fried green tomato appetizer was amazing! Yummy food, beautiful view, quirky atmosphere, great location. A wonderful place to take family when they’re visiting. The our server Allison was very sweet and attentive. All the staff were friendly. No gluten-free buns sadly, so my partner got a naked chicken sandwich. Please add gluten-free option :)

Great on the outside lacking on delivery. Menu is enticing, perfectly described. Then the meal comes. Flavors have no punch. Portions are minimal. Prices for mid level food. Atlantic beach dining has many better options. Maybe apps and drinks and bail. Recommend dinner is skipped at this lacking restaurant

Coop 303 is a great place to go for the ambiance, location, of course-food! The ambiance is lively and modern, the location is at the heart of numerous restaurants, but the food was down right amazing!! From starters to main course to dessert, it was delicious. The cocktails were really good as well. I highly recommend this place and make sure you have a reservation.

Friday night date night. We made a reservation for 7pm. Overall great atmosphere. Main dining area was very noisy which is to be expected when a restaurant is busy. Waiter was decent. We ordered the fish and chips and the scallops but they let me substitute the butternut squash for the rissoto. The scallops were cooked perfectly. The fried fish which was cod was delicious. The chips were cold but it they were replaced with better hot ones. They do have rooftop dinning with bar. Stairs or elevator to get there. We had a great time and was very pleased with our meal. We'll be back!

When you make a reservation, ask for the upstairs outdoor seating. It’s covered so you can sit there even when it’s raining. Service is great and the drinks are delicious. They didn’t have the ingredients for the jookhouse so I got their classic 1792 old fashioned. Perfectly made. My friend got the Helen Dobson and it was so good she got another. The food selection is limited and we stuck with appetizers. I got the calamari and it was good but a little dry. I would have preferred a sauce on the side. We also did the cauliflower appetizer and that was delicious. I would definitely go back to try more from their menu. The ambience is great and they do offer complimentary valet parking which is much appreciated.
