I went to this Taco Bell for two number 6 combos, one with Chicken and the other with Beef. I also asked for 1 additional beef crunchy taco. I pay for my order, no reciept only to get home and no additional crunchy taco. I called 13 times, with either no answer or a busy tone. I am not sure of who generally manages this location,
but tonight was an unsatisfying experience. New Fruit Punch.....TRASH!

Ordered a black bean crunch wrap and received a regular crunch wrap, but I do not eat meat. I called and they would not refund my card over the phone. I do not live near there so it was very unhelpful.

I rather go to the Taco Bell on hwy 72.. This location has rude drive thru workers, for no reason at all. They get the orders wrong, and leaves out sauce. They simply act like they absolutely hate their job.. We will never go to this location again

I usually don't write reviews, however I am so disappointed in the service this taco bell has provided.Taco bell has now messed up my order twice in a row. Their first mistake was forgetting to put part of my order in the bag (cheesy gordita crunch box) and when I called them about it they said to return again to get it. Upon coming back and bringing the food home they once again forgotten part of my order. When I looked in the bag I only found one cheesy gordita crunch and one other taco so they were one taco short.

Ordered 6 nacho tacos, they all was broken, half didnt have cheese, the Supreme didnt have but one or 2 little pieces of tomato on them, no one there to take your order,you have to do it yourself, I would have been better off cooking them myself at home,wont be back

You will probably get food poisoning eating here. Absolute waste of money.
In the past year this place has gone bottoms up with service. Dry food, skimped out on food, wrong orders, rude workers, dirty restaurant, replacing fresh food with old food from the previous night. This was my favorite place for a bite for five years and now it’s not even laughable.
