I order 3 biscuits, 3 drinks at 10 am on a Sunday morning. I waited 20 minutes for my order and when I asked what was taken so long, management got an attitude with me. He stated he was cooking the biscuits. He failed to inform me of this when my order was placed and paid for. I then asked for a refund, management acted as though I was bothering him. He didn't even apologize. This is not good customer service.

Can’t rate the food because they are closed at 8pm. Supposed to be open till 10. I guess gathering and talking in the parking lot is more important than staying open and taking customers. Last time I visited only one person was working but she was very friendly and ended up taking our order.

Please explain why we needed to park as only the second person in line and then our food isn’t fresh. In fact it’s cold???????? This restaurant has gone downhill so fast. They used to serve good hot food with great service. Now it seems that they are trying to run customers off with the cold mast food, the slow service and the “I don’t even want to help anyone let alone you” attitude.

Had to wait 20 mins for my food and watched 4 cars get their food before I was able to get mine. Girl at window was rude and short when I ordered and paid. Fries and burger were cold when I finally received my food. Their to explain that I had to wait 20 mins for apple turnovers... Really disappointed. And after I got home, there's a freaking hair in my burger. Ewwww

Purchased two hot honey chicken bucuits and two regular chicken biscuits. All were so saltly they could not even be safely eaten, and the breading was overcooked. When I returned to the store to exchange them. I was told that's how they come to them and it's not their fault and don't have to do anything to either refund me or replace with a different. Never have I been to any restaurant that is not willing to replace an un-eatable food. Don't order the chicken!

This location served my husband undercooked chicken. When I called to warn them, the manager knew exactly which meal he had sent out that way, and didn't seem to care one way or another.
Despite forcing himself to throw it up, my husband is now experiencing food poisoning symptoms.
Steer clear from this poor excuse for a restaurant and its horrendous employees.
