Wendy's

Horrible service. We ordered two combos, both very clear in what we wanted. Was rang up incorrectly on the screen, so we went ahead and pulled up at the first window. We waited for several minutes, having the window slammed in our face. I tried to explain to them what happened and tried to correct our order for them to once again, ring it up wrong and charge me the incorrect amount. We pulled to the second window and had to explain another three times our order. We ended up waiting a good 3-4 minutes and they STILL got our order wrong and slammed the window in our faces. These employees need better customer service training. Find a different Wendy’s.

Sadly, I have to change my 5 star review. Recently I've been avoiding one of my favorite places to get a burger and I couldn't figure out why. So I took a long break and came back with a fresh mind. The first window customer service was great but the second did not communicate at all. It was very busy so that was kind of understandable. But what's not understandable is why everything had a spicy taste to it or an after taste. The fries had a fishy, spicy taste and the burger had a spicy flavor that over powered the beefy taste. I can only think they are not cleaning the grill or not using separate parts of the grill for certain foods. They also are probably not using separate fryers for fries and fish. All of my food had that weird after taste and I will not be coming back til I hear of a change.

I was called the n word even though I’m white. I asked for extra ketchup and I was called a dirty African and told to leave even tho I’m white. I also saw a family of rats sharing a plate in the corner and that was wholesome so I gave them an extra star but other than that place smelled like doodoofart and their pizza gave me aids.

Staff were moderately nice didnt have much interaction with them. The refreshment machines were both out of most juice drinks and no lids for cups, the seating is pretty comfortable but there was a musty smell to the place and the bathroom was a mess. Food seemed ok as usual with every fast food place.
