Teriyaki 101

Tried to orders wings today only to be told very rudely that I had to prepay. If I didn't like that I could come in and place order and wait for them to be done. When I tried to explain I wanted to pay cash and didn't want to wait inside the store, I was hung up on. Very rude people!! Ordered my wings from Just Wings in Monroe with no problems. Will never eat here ever again. They need some serious customer service training!!

Customer service ( inside the building) was great and amazing. Food is good as always but just like four days ago I called alps road and I was on hold for 21+ minutes with no business at all in the store , today I was on hold for 6+ minutes at Epps bridge And when I arrived at to the location I was still on hold with two employees one of which was leaning on the counter texting and the other just standing there doing nothing so again why was I on hold for so long ? The four stars is for the quality and taste of the food but the customer service at both Athens location is trash and should be fixed before you lose business. Not that y’all care anyway but food for thoughts . The food was amazing but I will no longer be spending my money here again until I see a good review about customer service which will probably be never

I called in an order for 15 wings and was told that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived approximately 20 minutes later to pay for the food. I waited and waited inside of the store watching other customer’s place orders and get their food rather quickly. I asked about my order and was told that’s it’ll be ready soon. It took nearly 1 hour from the time that I placed my order for it to be ready. I complained to the staff / owner about the long wait and I was made to feel like I was crazy for complaining. Basically, customer service is horrible.

I called to place an order and was on hold for 20 minutes. I then called back, placed an order for $70 and pre paid. Not only was my order wrong but I also was treated terribly. The customer service was really bad. To the point one of the employees actually began to argue with me. She wouldn't even give me her name or the Manager/owner's information. My family and I will never eat here again. I would also recommend that this particular location learns customer service and respect.

It’s really unfortunate but I have to give this location 2 stars. It tastes nothing like the other location. I ordered the two piece fish and fried rice plate. It had barely any seasoning on it. I had to call the other location and ask if they could exchange my plate and make a new one their way. They were nice enough to and I’m super thankful! I hope they can get this location up to the standards of the other! The other has great food, seasoned perfectly...

The food pretty good. Nothing super special but what you would expect for a teriyaki bowl. The problem is that they got my order wrong again. I feel like I was pretty clear and concise when I said "no vegetables" for my teriyaki bowl. I've never considered myself to be very rabbit like, but apparently the people there today thought I was Judy Hopps, because holy vegetables.

Consistency of the chicken wings were not good at all. They was dry, chewy, and stringy. It tasted like it three day old leftover chicken heated up in the microwave. Ate with two other people who all said the same things. Also order was wrong; had you repeated the order back to me to make sure it was written down properly then food would not have had to be remade.

Horrible horrible service! Not only since they changed from Teriyaki 101 but they also have less servings and charge more! Then they have a curtain purposely pulled closed so you cannot see them making your food. They have less selections than before! Also, the older lady manager I assume was very very rude, unfriendly, didn't listen to what I ordered, & belittling to the employee that was working behind the register. I loved eating at teriyaki 101 and would still go if they were there. The food has definitely taken a turn for the worst with it now being thrown unto the plate sloppily and precisely not as ordered! If you're going to up the price then at least bring the quality of food and services up to par as well! I WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN! Teach her some manners towards the customers and your staff! I don't doubt the lack of business as one review said because of these problems!
