Worst taco bell experience ever. My boyfriend and I tried multiple times to order the 5$ limited time cravings box listed on the menu. The person I spoke too was incredibly rude and short often taking 30 seconds to respond and loudly shouting "WE DONT HAVE ANY 5$ CRAVINGS BOXES". I instead ordered their deluxe chalupa boxes since I couldn't order my preferred menu item. The wait was in excess of 30 minutes and every food item served had problems. The cheese cup for the nachos had less than a cm layer of cheese contained. The tacos were broken and almost 90% lettuce. The chalupa were also entirely lettuce and some parts had literally no meat. The burrito was blackened on each side and the taste was awful. The only thing they couldn't mess up was the tiny bag of chips. Will never shop here again and will be reporting to corporate.

🚨🚨Believe the reviews🚨🚨 This location needs to be either completely closed or everyone fired from entry level to the general manager & restaffed because it’s clear in the reviews that nobody cares about customer service here, it’s a complete mad house. Went here on my lunchbreak & my back windshield was busted out by an out of control drive thru employee with a metal stick in front of my daughter. I’m thinking this is an rare freak incident however If you look at earlier reviews you will see this is not the first altercation that happened at the drive thru. Drive to a different location, avoid this location at all cost. If their morals & temperament is this out of control, I can only imagine the sanitation & food safety standards/issues on the inside. Don’t take my word, read all the other 1 star reviews 😏 The reviews are an adequate display of what upper management thinks about customer service, they don’t plan to fix this issue as a whole.

This is the literal worst Taco Bell in existence. It does not matter what time of day you go, they are never prepared and something is always broken or something is always out. Today I couldn't order from the window and the other day they didn't even have Taco Bell open. They only had the KFC side open which is weird as hell. Who runs a business like this? Not a single person working in this location knows what they're doing.

This the third time visiting in one week and they either not open on time or stop serving items 2 hrs 3 hrs before closing because of the lack of workers is what I keep being told, Not once have I’ve been offered a complementary item or coupon for driving to this location. I understand the lack of workers but my gas isn’t free either nor my time especially with not caring attitude

Both my husband and I have separately been by there around 9pm, 2 hours before closing and they don’t say anything on the drive through. I sat there for a good while at the drive through menu board waiting. Nothing. Went up to window and nobody there. There’s a woman mopping. She’s just smiling at another coworker. They completely ignored me. Not even saying they’re closed. My husband went through to get an Uber eats order. He waited and nobody came so he drove around and waved and waved until they acknowledged him. A guy finally said “Nah dog, we closed”. It was well before closing. My husband had to cancel the customer’s order. The employees run the store. There’s no management. This isn’t the only one either. They’re all bad.
