Planet Smoothie

OMG… Nasty!!!!! … so I normally don’t get my smoothies here but decided to stop in. First it was DARK!!! Yes DARK!!! Poorly lit inside which looked sketchy! Trying to ignore the look , I ordered my usual Medium Lean Green .. I walked out to the car, took a sip and instantly was mad I paid $9.00 for that watered down drink!!! .. it taste like banana water with a hint of peas 🤢 YUKE!!! It was soupy and watery! My daughter ordered a different one and said it had no taste. All I can think was .. did she have all the fruit that was supposed to go in and did she add water 🤮 it made me not want another smoothie for a long time eww..

Free wifi and awesome smoothies. I don't eat them because they're healthy. I eat them because they're delicious. Worst problem I've had is drinking too fast and getting brain freeze. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Sometimes I want something different from what's on the menu and they have no problems whipping it up. They also have other health oriented snacks and some of the best tasting protein I've found. It's well worth checking them out.

This Planet Smoothie is perhaps one of the worst owned franchises that I have ever seen. The worker cheated us out of using a coupon. It was a buy-one-get-one free. We paid for a medium and she gave us a small with the coupon where it should have been a medium. We called and nicely asked if at a later date that she could give us a medium for the price of a small. She hung up the phone on us. We called back to ask to speak to a manager. TO OUR SURPRISE, THE WORKER WAS THE OWNER. She hung up the phone on us 3 times. She also said that she did not care for our business and did not want it. She also said that she did not care if we called corporate. She was perhaps the rudest person that I have ever met working in a store. NO ONE IN MY CIRCLE WILL EVER SPEND A DIME THERE AGAIN. They perhaps will lose thousands per year or a $2 issue. Good luck
