You couldn’t find a more polite and well mannered person than Richard. We were in a bind to get a ride to Hillsboro, Or. and he came to our rescue after finding out that there was no other transportation available in our area. We definitely recommend calling Richard if you want great service and an enjoyable ride.

Wish I could give Richard with Downton Coffee Shop Taxi 10 stars! He was so accommodating and friendly as well as a great driver on the road. As a younger woman, it can be nerve wracking to ride alone with someone for 2+ hours but he made me feel very safe. 10/10 recommend for any drives you have in the future in the area!

Despite a major road closure was able to get us from Oregon Coast to Portland on time. Richard went above and beyond including enlisting his wife to help assure a timely arrival. Safe, pleasant ride with very pleasant, informative company. I highly recommend this service.

Richard was punctual , courteous , kind, and overall amazing! We were in a pickle and we’re stuck in a small town with no way to get out.. he was the only one who was available and ready to give us a really long ride.. he came on time, understand the situation, gave us choices we didn’t think of before. It was a clean vehicle , responsible driving, informative conversation, nominal prices … can’t thank enough..

What an amazing driver service! Richard is professional, knowledgable, punctual, reasonably prices and careful. His car was clean and comfortable. With dynamics in Portland roadways growing more complex, he knows how to navigate well.
I decided to hire this car service instead of renting a car for our Cannon Beach stay. His pricing was half the cost of a rental car and saved us time and effort as well. Above all, Richard is authentically kind. Many thanks! Definitely would recommend.
