I love this place. Great service and the food is always consistent. We eat here 3 times a month and is our favorite fast food joint. Very well run and the manager is on top of things. Extra crispy for us. 5 stars all day long.

Today I had a very good meal.
The chicken was very juicy and the French fries were hot.
The mashed potatoes were as delicious as they looked.
The young man that took our order was very friendly and so polite.

We ended up getting coupons for buy one get one free famous bowls & pot pies. I used both at one time. For $10 my big kid had about 4 meals out of all that. Was a good deal.

This Ashtabula location has an outstanding staff. And Chris did a great job customizing our order. The chocolate chip cookies are prepackaged now, so not nearly as good as the fresh baked they used to have. Otherwise, the food was the usual KFC quality, so delicious.

The lobby is open, and the food is relatively quick, they do run out of pot pies often but I think they only make so many.... But the chicken is fresh most of the time unless it's close to closing.

Would be better if the skin remained intact and crispy. It’s rather a mushy conglomerate threatening to slide off at any moment and plunge to the bottom of the bucket. Stick to the famous bowl and complimentary cookie.

They were making fresh so they asked me to pull over to wait which was fine. However after 15-20 minutes I had to go in for my order to find out someone wrote red car and my car wasn't red. I was the only car with lights in the parking lot so I'm not sure how they couldn't figure out it was my order or come to my car.

I got the notification from GrubHub that the order was done. I got there and they haven't even started it. They also forgot to include the dipping sauces that came for both meals that I ordered. I will not be using this KFC again.
