Culver's

While I don't just love Culver's, a lot of people I know love Culver's...so, I go in association. One thing I can say about Culver's is that every time I go there, the friendliness is worth spending your hard earned cash. Another thing, every time I go to Culver's I run into people I know...so, it's obviously the place to be seen and be known!!!! And yes, I do eat there. I love rereading the fun facts about cows too. Somehow you forget this stuff in-between visits.

Never used have problems here, but a few weeks ago I came in and the ding-a-ling employee made me repeat MY ENTIRE ORDER twice to him because he didn’t know how to do his job. My order was a grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad with Culver’s vinaigrette dressing, and a medium vanilla malt with extra malt powder. Despite repeating my entire order order TWICE to this bonehead, he couldn’t figure out how to add extra malt powder (my only customization btw), and rather than get his manager or another employee to show him how to do his job, I was expected to just not get it. The cherry on top of his incompetence was that he didn’t know what flavor my malt was despite telling him vanilla TWO times. By that time I had walked away to find a seat and the airhead employee made my mom track me down to confirm I wanted vanilla. Would love to come back but they need to hire less bonehead employees, so disappointed with my experience!

Typically like Culver's as we've been to several around the country. This one in Ashland is the worst! After 20 minutes went to check where our order....they brought it while checking. The order was wrong. Many tables dirty(we usually pick Culver's for cleanliness. My husband said Men's bathroom was a mess. Saw several people working but NONE cleaning. Never visit this one again!
