Fun sandwich and coffee shop stop for lunch. Wandered in after checking out the antique store next door, and very glad we did. The soups were tasty, my muffaletta sandwich hit the spot, and the coffee was good enough that I went back for seconds. Add to that friendly staff and an enjoyable atmosphere with fun shopping up front and it was a great addition to our day.

Super friendly service. Obviously a place the locals love because there was a regular stream of all sorts of different folks coming in. Got my breakfast fast (which I was easily able to customize to make it enough for my full day!). Gift shop at the Main Street door then walk on back to the cafe part where the regulars come in through.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning around 10.
The staff was very friendly.
Ordered a burrito and a banana muffin along with two black coffees.
Coffee was very good and so was the food.
Chatted with the nice person at the counter toward the front. They have interesting things to buy as well as fresh flowers.

Cute place and has a boutique upfront before cafe. Offers coffee flights and basic but delish breakfast/lunch items. Minimal seating and quick service

Great place get a coffee and get lunch. Wonderful charm and character and great staff. Save those coffee point, especially on double point Tuesday for a free cup.

Cute little building, easy to get lost thinking of how many people have walked through and conducted their lives there in the past. The food was really great, only wish is I was around longer to try more of the menu. The flatbread breakfast was excellent, light and was ready very quickly. If you're passing through on I-71, it's worth the trip a few miles into downtown Ashland to grab a great breakfast or lunch from Downtown Perk!

To the grumpy folks who complain about waiting 15 minutes on their fresh, made to order food: perhaps you should just go through a fast food drive thru. I appreciate my food being made AFTER I order it. We are always met with a smile and if we have to wait, are thanked for our patience. The fact that they have waves of crazy business speaks for itself.
