Kfc

It doesn't even deserve the one star I had to give it. We get our drink and it spills in my car because the cup is too full. We then have to wait for the food. The guy brings out the food and is clearly chewing tobacco...and then spits on his way back in. I ordered Long John Silvers which everything was burnt and greasy. My husband ordered KFC and the biscuit looked like someone picked the top of it of with their fingers. NASTY...and expensive.

Slow drive through and while I generally don't mind a wait especially for hot food a wait of over 8 minutes with no acknowledgement is a bit far. And while placing the order we could barely hear the cashier's voice. We chalked it up to microphone issues but it turns out her voice was quiet. For most folks it wouldn't be an issue but we asked twice for her to speak up because my husband has hearing loss and really couldn't hear her. Should I take a survey to alert management/corporate of this. Would love to but we weren't given a receipt. That said... the food was piping hot and the portions seem bigger than they have been. I really love LJS chicken but it is hard to justify the expense and the consistent extended wait times in drive through.

I hope management reads this. Two nights ago, me and my wife drive 16 miles to eat here. We arrived at 830pm. ALL outside lighting was turned off and the employees sitting in the dining area playing on their cell phones. We knew if we went in, it would be old chicken and poor service , so we chose well lit noticeable Taco Bell next door. We AGAIN were in the area again this evening, and wanted chicken, SAME RESULT 8pm. You can't even see it or the Long John Silver. NO BUSINESS, In comparison on this Friday night, all the restaurants were packed around them. Screw it, we drove to Popeyes ain't had good fresh hot chicken....in a well lit restaurant of course. Will never go here again. Lazy trifling staff and night management not wanting to work.
