I'm giving this specific location a 2star for the most part it was clean, bathrooms clean, staff was neutral. But what was most disappointing was my food. I ordered a simple cheeseburger ketchup mustard only. And when I opened the wrapper I was puzzled but not only did it look deflated, there was barely a burger in it. Not even close to advertising photos of a Hardee's cheeseburger.

I always stop at Hardee's when I visit relatives in Virginia, and mostly have a great experience. This visit however, I didn't even finish the meal as both the burger and the fries were hardly warm, and seemed like they had been sitting out cooling off or something. Hoping it was just a one time thing, as the food is usually great. Dissapointed because I live in NJ and don't get to have Hardee's unless I travel south.

Not impressed with this location.
We waited 20 minutes for a few sandwiches to be ready. And it wasn’t even hot.
Not worth the price either.

2:30 in the afternoon, only drive-thru open and we all know about every fast food restaurant drive-thru, check your dam food before pulling off..
If you don't have enough help just don't open up that day, we will be ok and move on. I should've just gave my food back to them and say keep the money, yes it was that bad

Service was pretty slow but the tenders and even the fries were fantastic.

Food had no seasoning and fries were cold. Only offers drive thru. Location was not busy so the food should have been hot and fresh. May have been an off night but this was my first visit to this location and was disappointed. Employees were friendly which is a plus. They were also out of cup lids. Can't say I would recommend but as I said may have had a bad day.

Really enjoyed the chicken club sandwich. It's a large sandwich and very juicy. The hand breaded chicken sandwich was a bit dry and overcooked.
