Captain D's

Today we had the worst experience at captain ds in years . We tried to order food for me and the wife as well as our 2 children . The lady cut me off twice in the middle of my order and told me the price when I alerted her that we were not finished she got one he'll of a bad attitude. And on top of it all she told me flat out no that I could no pay more to substitute my fish being cooked southern style which we always do. If this is what I should expect from their hospitality, we'll thanks but no thanks . Our lady at window was order taker 4

Until today this was our weekend food spot... We have waited in drive thru for 30 minutes and never complained. But today well we order our food as usual, get to window not a hello or anything(rude) asked for some packs of ketchup and malt vinegar and was told we couldn't have any due to us not asking for it when we ordered, they charge you now for it was what we was told... Well guess what you have now lost customers who always spend good money and I will now drive all the way to Richmond. Customer service is about being friendly and respectful... And charging for condiments like ketchup is terrible... BTW my food was warm not hot like usual... Thanks for ruining our family day

Not good at all, I love Captain D's and I was very disappointed, because We always went to the Captain D's in Short Pump, Glen Allen, Va and They sold the place to a PitBBQ place they are good but I really prefer Captain D's and so we went to Ashland, for a Dr. appt and I was so excited to eat lunch there because it had been so long and My husband and I always order Deluxe Seafood fried platter w/bake potatoe and coleslaw and deviled crab cakes Husspuppys ,so we began to eat and I took a bite of fish and it was ok but mussy not crispy like it usual is and then my husband said have you tasted the crab yet ,so I said not yet, so he said try it so I did I mean nasty and I mean nasty, it was soaked in oil I went to the bathroom and got sick and I wanted to tell them, but anyway my husband wouldn't let me, he said, that if they remade our meal someone would spit in it or do something to it he just like that funny but he wouldn't let me say anything but I was very very very disappointed especially when you come from a weasel all the way there and excited to eat something and it tastes totally different but when we got there the girl was mopping the floor with bleach and it was so strong that everyone was complaining it was messing up and I guess they're their launch but she kept on and the bathroom the women's bathroom the floor when I walked in with saturated with water coming out of it the handicap toilet they were renovating the dining room to man that was painting had paint stuff all over the floor while he was sitting in the dude eating hamburger can a fish place
