Fire And Chicken

Last time I was here, it was a decent Greek restaurant. It's a Peruvian chicken place now. Tried the charcoal grilled chicken with fried rice and salad. The salad with Greek dressing was very good. The fried rice was edible. That's the best I can say about it. Kind of a slightly greasy take on Chinese fried rice without anything in it. The chicken was ok. I was hoping for some exotic Peruvian flavor, but it had pretty much none. Just kind of bland. Ate all of it, but I make way better at home. And that says a lot considering I was raised in a white family that considered garlic salt to be edgy. If I lived around here, I might give them a second chance and try something else, but it's not worth the walk over from the truck stop.

The first thing you smell when walking into Fire & Chicken is that the use real smoke from real hardwood to cook with. That takes you back to the backyard BBQ feeling. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The staff was attentive and efficient. The food was amazing, I honestly can't wait to go back and try a new dish. The service was fast, the food fresh, and they really know what they are doing.

Nice stop in virginia, the restaurant is 15 minutes off the highway. The staff is pleasant and the food came out with good time. They serve large portions, the food was delicious. I had the chicken with yuca fries and Maduro. I order the horchata, I'm picking about this drink and the flavor did not fail me.

We stopped in here for dinner after visiting Kings Dominion Park. My son found this place online and said dad we should check it out it has great reviews. So glad we all went. The service was great. The place was clean. The food was very delicious. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for great delicious food. Will definitely visit again.

PEOPLE: Go try Fire & Chicken ASAP! This place is cranking out PHENOMENAL food!! My husband and I decided to try Fire & Chicken because we needed a fairly quick dinner and neither of us had been there before. I'm sooo glad we did! Their reviews are outstanding for a reason! The menu offered so many great options, it was difficult to decide, but I settled on shrimp tacos that absolutely WOWed me! The combination of spices and fresh, crispy veggies and sauces led to flavor utopia! I don't even usually like corn tortillas, but these were perfect! I also really enjoyed their green hot sauce. My husband got the chicken with rice and green beans, which sounds a little mundane, but each element was executed perfectly. The delicious, tender chicken complemented the lightly steamed beans well. He added their yellow sauce to the rice and it was phenomenal! I can't wait to go back because their menu offered so many other tempting options. 5 stars for Fire & Chicken!!
