15 minute wait per car. So if you’re third back like I was that’s a 30 minute wait for mediocre fast food fish. I only get a 30 minute lunch break myself. I was dumb enough to try it again and the exact same thing happened. I won’t make this mistake a third time.

I wish the dining room was open. I got to alot of appointments in Ashland and used to love stopping there to eat but the past several months there is no dine in and particularly don't care much about it being crammed in a box through the drive thru. Loved the food but I like to sit and eat a good meal. Hope they get it straightened out.

Great staff, I get this for my husband who loves their fish. I don't care for fast food greasy fried fish from anywhere but this place is not that bad overall, however if you want great fish and seafood fast food chains are not where you want to indulge!

Food was good but had to wait in drive thru for approximately 15 minutes for our order. Only had one person working. He was taking orders and fixing the food too!!!

The food was so fresh.. so I'd recommend them again! My only problem with Long Johns is their portions. You pay quite a bit for a side and they give u the side in a portion cup. I have worked at food establishments and they are using the cups we used for sauces and sandwich sides. This is at all of them. Not just this one. Really makes me not want to eat there anymore. Definitely not getting ur $ worth.

I had a great experience here. The food was good, it was hot and fresh. The drive through workers are very nice. It's never crowded, a lot of people go up the street to Captain d's but ai actually prefer the fish here But because they aren't ad busy, you can get waited on very fast. My food was hot and fresh. My family will definitely eat here again.
