Costa

I decided to stop off for a cappuccino at Costa in county Square Ashford. I was feeling very tired after I over done it following an operation. The service was great and I was welcomed by the manager Claire I believe her name was. Professional, kind and very helpful. She could tell I looked tired and needed a rest spot. She was so helpful and made sure I got served quickly and was comfortable. To be honest feeling exhausted and over doing it, Costa was a great place to stop at for a bit. Claire came over to the table to make sure I was ok to see if I needed anything else. I decided to try the reindeer cup cakes whilst I got my energy levels back up. They were so delicious! I’ve been back here a couple of times and the staff always welcome you with a smile, especially Claire the manager. What a great team!

Needed to grab a coffee quickly and it was great that Costa Coffee was allowing take away food and drinks. They are following the Covid 19 guidelines to the letter and the staff were friendly and helpful. Things are clearly tough for them at the moment, however, the service was quick and I was only there for less than 5 minutes in total. Coffee was up to the usual high standard

Superb as always! My prior concerns over Costa redressing their standard coffee blend to a much weaker, less robust roast now seem to have disappeared. I'm glad that those bods at head office listened to their customers, who were leaving in droves because of that particular faux pas!! See you again soon!!
