Great location when you’re parking quick customer service and they keep us delivery drivers on the road! Special thanks to the crew this Thursday morning; Bob seating and clearing tables, Paola running the floor, David and Jesus on line, and the few wait staff handling the entire floor! Thank you guys

We had a wonderful breakfast yesterday morning. Amanda, our server, was attentive and sweet. The food came out hot and just as we ordered it! We will be back!

There was no line when we got there. We were seated immediately. The server got to us then. My grandson was a little complicated to the server ask how much was just one pancake? That was a question. I guess that's never been asked before. He had to go find out. When he came back with the information, my grandson still got the 3 pancakes. The server was nice even after that. We got our food quick, it was fresh & good.
By the time we was leaving they was lining up out the door to get in to be seated. I'm glad we got there when we did.

I haven’t had ihop in years. Food was good. Only complaint is that one side of the restaurant (where we were sitting) appeared to have no heat. When I walked to the restroom and felt the other side, it was all nice and cozy. But I was extremely cold where we were eating.

Server Kayla was the best waitress we’ve ever had. She was attentive, fast and efficent. Very friendly with my kids and I will be coming back in the near future. Colorado omelette was amazing!

Place was very busy and service was still outstanding. I applauded my server for the amazing service she gave us. I had the 2x2x2 Henry had Steak and eggs everything was cooked perfectly. Fresh coffee. Me and my husband celebrated our 50 year anniversary today. thank you Casey at ihop for starting our day off with a smile.

IHOP on Tunnel Rd in Asheville,NC is a good place to grab breakfast if staying on east side of town. Service was good, and restaurant was busy.

I went at around 3 pm & things were pretty slow. Wait staff were attentive, prompt and helpful. Restroom was clean and stocked. Plenty of free parking. Recently IHOP started making thicker French toast & I prefer mine thinner cut, but that’s just a preference thing. Overall the food was tasty & fresh. My only complaint is that the music was more upbeat & louder than I wound prefer, but nothing offensive. Just some lighter rap & metal. I have eaten at this location many times, and there is a reason I keep coming back.

We haven’t been to an IHOP in years. Honestly, it was never that great. I don’t know if it was this particular IHOP or just the chain as a whole, but it was truly excellent food and excellent service. The food was so good, I almost forgot to take pictures before almost finishing. Every meal was picture perfect and tasted as good as it looked. Their fries were the crispiest and most delicious I’ve had in a long time. We are going back tomorrow for seconds.
