Rustic Grape Wine Bar

I attended a Women & Wine networking event at Rustic Grape and loved every second of it. Walking in, I felt immediately at ease in this cozy space tucked into the heart of downtown. The owners, Melissa and Patty, are the most wonderful hosts and treat each guest who walks through their door to a warm welcome that makes everyone feel at home. I'll definitely be holding my own girls nights here!

Such a nice little spot that is slightly off the touristy streets. Local feel and you can chat with the owners. Wide variety of everything from dry white to bold and sweet. There are various puzzles laying around. Tuesday has a wine flight special. I’m guessing there are other specials during the week. Has WiFi. ;)

We are locals to Asheville and have been to every wine bar locally. This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST!! The wine selection is unique and amazing, the charcuterie plate will be the best you've ever had and the staff makes you feel like family!! We got to meet one of the owners, Melissa. It was clear that wine was a passion of her and her wife's and she was so appreciative that we stopped in! She truly made us feel welcome! It was like we'd known her for years! We were so happy with the experience that we decided to stop in tomorrow with some friends of ours so they can share in this remarkable experience!!

Amazing! The owners are so great! Attentive and accommodating. We're showed up late for a wine tasting and they were absolutely incredible. You must try the sangria and pimento cheese! I never liked pimento cheese until I tasted theirs! We're already planning our trip back. Thank you for being so amazing!!

I'm having a hard time deciding what gave me more pleasure: Patty's irresistible charcuterie boards or Melissa's selection of delectable wines. Fortunately I didn't have to. It's the perfectly paired combination which made me return to Rustc Grape. I've been recommending this wine bar to friends, colleagues and visitors, with 100% success rate. So my recommendation: Don't go there! Because if you do, you will love Rustic Grape. And if you love it, you will rave about it. And if you rave about it, more people will visit. And if more people visit, I will ultimately have to fight for MY place at the bar.

Very cute and quaint place in downtown Asheville. while we were walking around we came across a sign regarding wine and we followed the sign and were very impressed! I got the mimosa flight which was very good all homemade flavor in house) and my husband got a cider. Very friendly staff. Will deff be back when we are in town!

Wonderful space for friendly conversation and getting together. We visited on New Year's Eve with the hope to try the cheese board and desserts. Every bite was delicious. The wine selection and suggestions let us try many new favorite wines. I was particularly in love with the half-bottle Rioja but also had a fantastic bordeaux. I wish I lived closer but can't wait to return.

We were so happy to visit this wine bar on Sunday...Had heard about the new place, and just the delightful atmosphere, the awesome corner space, patio, and meeting one of the owners, Melissa, and her great staff made our time there so memorable! Great tasting wines, carefully selected by the knowledgeable owners who bring so much expertise and experience to this place,,,this hidden gem will not be that way for long!
