First time here, and I was amazed. As fresh as you can get. The bagels are made on-site, in sight.
I had an everything bagel toasted with butter and cheddar cheese. The cheese slice was extremely thin. I'm used to more melted cheese than I received. I also ordered their breakfast everything with mozzarella, tomato, and avocado. All in all, both were tasty.
The dine-in area was roomy and well attended as it was a holiday weekend.

Had some time to pass this past week before heading to the airport. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and a house blend coffee. Sat for a bit and enjoyed the bagel and atmosphere.

Best bagels in the area. They have a large selection of bagels and bagel sandwiches.
The young man who took my order was not rude, but was not very friendly. The gentleman that was in the cash register was friendly. I’m handicapped, he was kind enough to place my order in a bag with handles.

It was super busy today, but service was great. Paige was a rockstar- my food was ready before I even checked out! All the other team members were cheering each other on and communicating so well. Impressive :)

I was honestly surprised with how good the bagels were at Brueggers. What I thought was just a pit stop to fetch breakfast while on a road trip turned out to be a solid choice. Service is quick and efficient and the Farmhouse Bagel was wonderful with just the right flavors to fuel a long trip. Will definitely have it in mind next time I stop by Asheville.

One of my favorite casual breakfast places!! Always tasty, filling, and relatively inexpensive. Sometimes there’s a long wait to order; just depends on the day. I usually choose one or two of the recommended breakfast bagel offerings; my favorite right now is the sriracha sunrise.
One small note: even the “sweet” cream cheeses like strawberry are somewhat salty.

Delicious siracha sunrise bagel sandwich! The staff were so friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend if you love bagels and want a quick bite in a chill spot in the morning. :)
