We stopped here today for a doughnut, and it did not disappoint! Since it's not an entirely gluten free facility they can only say their doughnuts are gluten sensitive but they were delicious. Would highly recommend!

Excellent donuts in Asheville!! The texture is phenomenal, so light and fluffy with the perfect density. They also have a great selection of gluten friendly donuts but you have to show up early for those before they run out!!! We ended up back two days in a row and the sweet girl working remembered us and welcomed us back :) will definitely visit again next time!

Wonderful donuts - texture was fluffy, but chewy and just the right amount of sweet. I especially liked the salted caramel one. The americano was lovely as well. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Paid parking was across the street.

We were in Asheville for a quick weekend trip and visited vortex twice. These doughnuts are so yummy and we love the variety of flavors. Definitely a must try if you’re in the area

They had a nice selection of donuts at a good price ! They have more to offer but that’s all we stopped in for. The staff was friendly. parking was a l lot right across the road so it was super easy !

Cool hood, hot coffee with unique twist, i e luchador, donuts are so so, not a fan, but maybe just me. Skip the donuts and enjoy the coffee at a donut shop. Come early to avoid

Donuts are phenomenal! Placed a small catering order for our wedding and the process was seamless. They even let us bring in our own sprinkles earlier in the week to use on one of the donut selections. Would definitely recommend working with Vortex Doughnuts.

Love stopping by Vortex! The doughnuts are SO good. Plus the coffee is great! I like that they have plenty of vegan and gluten free options. I love the yeast doughnuts but they also have cake ones, perfect for when I go with friends who have different tastes. Definitely worth a trip!

Variety and quality of the treats was outstanding. The have several non-vegan as well as gluten-sensitive options. The vegan and non-vegan ones are equally delicious! Will have to return to try gluten-sensitive and a few other flavors I missed. The coffee was perfectly balanced and delicious. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Every bite and sip is worth every penny!
