Subway

Dead quiet, waited to be served, service was short sharp and rude by an older lady. My sub was slapped together with minimal ingredients and just overall sloppy. I could have thrown the ingredients against a wall and had a better outcome. Went to pay she put the terminal in front of my said nothing then walked out the back and didn’t return. $11.55 for a sandwich and the terrible service, as a local I won’t be back.

Staff were disinterested at best, didn't greet us, got halfway through making my order before telling me there would be a ten minute wait on meatballs, after having put half of them on, so when the fresh meatballs came out, half of my sub was cold. In addition. "Nancy" didn't have her hair tied up properly, and the tables were filthy, as was the floor. This wasn't even during peak, absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. You've let down other, good Subways. Also they tried to overcharge me, not putting through the $7 subs and drinks, changing it only when I pointed out it was wrong.

Place was filthy with rubbish on tables and food over the floors near the tables but there were no customers inside. When making the subs there were flys flying around and landing on the food prep boards. The staff could speak barely any English (mum&son maybe??, no I am not racist at all, I’m just stating a fact) and to compensate for this they were almost yelling at you to confirm the order. Left hoping I would not end up with food poisoning!! Definitely NOT a store to promote the Subway Business! Gross!!!!!

This would have to be the worst subway in Melbourne. Normally I don't expect too much from employees at a fast food chain, because as a high school student I worked for $6.00 an hour at one and when you pay peanuts you get monkeys. But the food at this subway sets the standard to an all new low. The bread is old, the salads aren't fresh and the employees just throw the sandwiches together like a piece of garbage. This is my local subway and I've eaten here regularly and every time I hope that I'll get something decent and what I end up paying for is a terrible sandwich. I recommend you try another franchise.

one of the worst subways in melbourne. before the new owners it was good, since the new owners the standard has slipped to beyond poor. not one single employee there seems to care the slightest about their job or the business. they throw the sandwiches together with little to no effort. the employees are rude and slow, the slow bit i could handle if the subs were at all decent. its also one of the stingiest subways around, they put the minimal amount of lettuce/meat/cheese/sauce, just about every time you have to ask for more. basically i'd avoid this place like the plague, unfortunately like leigh, i return hoping that things have changed and its the only subway in the area. but alas, every time i'm disappointed.

As others have said English is not a language it is easy to trade in at this establishment. Insult to injury, the young man who was taking my order got snippy and sarcastic with me when I politely asked him to repeat something he had said. Cancelled my order. Ive put up with mistakes and rude behaviour before at this place and now won't be back. My advice, go to a cafe nearby, it'll be cheaper and the food significantly better.
