Shopping at Target is great! The drive up option is fantastic, I can get things I need within 2 hours with no minimum required. Out of stock items are clearly indicated and Target makes it easy to search for other stores in my area. I also use the delivery service as well as shipping. Returns are a breeze--either in store or returned through the mail. Always free and always whichever option is easiest for you. Prices are comparable to other online stores.

I have used their pick up services and have been completely satisfied… Today however completely different story… When loading my groceries into the vehicle, the kid placed a 12 pack of soda on top of the bag with a loaf of bread… The bag with the eggs in it placed on top of a seat that was laid down… When the car stopped at a red light, of course the bag fell off the seat and eggs were everywhere.. And cracked… They forgot or gave 2 of my items to another order… When I called to tell customer service, not even an apology… I did call Target.com and was treated very well… They refunded my order and apologized for the stores incompetence… The Arvada store on Wads will no longer get my business…

Great store, staff always helpful. But they rely on self check out too much. I’d like to see more than 1-2 lines open to help customers checkout.

The clerk was great and all the staff were super friendly and helpful on my first outing there. We found everything laid out as expected, the store nice and clean, and there is even a pizza Hut in their deli along with their own and a Starbucks too! I enjoy shopping at targets in general but particularly liked this one.

Went searching for formula today, and FINALLY found some here and this target doesn’t accept WIC so I had to very sadly put back the formula that I’ve been on the hunt for back because this target is to good to accept WIC it made me sad

Love their drive-up pickup all my orders are ready for pick up in under two hours. All my produce has been well picked out and the team members are always so wonderful.

Stopped by last night. Staff were nice and professional. The store was clean, aisles clear. Will go again.

This store has never failed me til today. Went in to pick up women's shampoo and conditioner and I walked up and down every isle in the personal care section and found nothing but deodorant and body wash for women. I found an employee to ask and he walked over to the same isle I had gone up and down four times and told me it was somewhere down there. I'm really very disappointed in the lack of product and customer service.
