Fazoli's

I took my dad out for dinner and it was nice to see the dining room is finally open and the new GM Amanda is doing a amazing job at getting friendly staff that greet you with a genuine smile as she checks on the guest really made us feel welcome. Have to say it's a old building but they have really cleaned it up. Keep up the good work guys. Definitely coming back!!!

Quality has definitely gone down with Fazolis. Expected more from this places. Prices are a little steep for the amount of food you get. Times are tough. Staffing shortages might be part of the problem. I'm not rushing to get back for another experience. Hopefully things improve. Fast food Italian with an average rating.

Went awhile back and the dining room was closed. I ended up going through the drive thru and eating in my car. Food was still good though. Today, I called ahead to see if the dining room was open and the first thing the recorded message says is "Our dining room is now open!" So, we make the 20 minute drive there at 6pm and not only is the dining room closed but the restaurant is closed completely due to staff shortages. I know staffing is problematic right now but I wish I would have known they were closed before wasting the time and gas to drive over.

1/17/21: Tried the Loaded Baked Spaghetti. It was great and filling even though it didn't seem to have nearly as much spaghetti as the spaghetti and meatballs. Very nice, attentive manager on duty. Chain Italian but it was good. Enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs. Fabulous bread sticks (which were "unlimited" when you 'dine-in').
