Would love to write a review but of the last several times I’ve tried to go they either A. Have the lobby closed. B. Only take prepaid/online orders inside & direct you to drive through. C. Drive through lane 8 cars deep Arrived at 7:00pm on a Wednesday. Doors locked. No sign except hours of 10:30-10:00 w/lobby closed at 9pm. Done playing the ‘are they open game’.

I pulled up to this location and a large homeless woman with her belly hanging out of her shirt was smoking in front of the entrance. As I entered the restaurant I was greeted by trailer park rap blasting from the kitchen. To my surprise the homeless woman was also the cashier. I took my food home and realized there was no gravy with the mashed potatoes. Not the end of the world, but frustrating. Then it happened, I opened my sons chicken strips, the chicken was tangled in a long curly hair (see pic). I didn't want my family getting diarrhea, so I drove the food back. This place needs new management, and some kind of hygiene standards.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I wish I could give this location zero stars... they don't deserve one star. I already contacted corporate but I figured I would leave a review as well. I went through the drive-thru off of Jeffco Boulevard in Arnold Missouri tonight. My son a chicken strip meal and myself a classic chicken sandwich with french fries. I was asked to pull forward because they had to make hot fresh food in when I got home two minutes later everything was ice cold. Not to mention they only put one chicken strip in my child's chicken strip meal and my chicken sandwich wasn't a chicken sandwich. They put two little chicken strips on a sandwich and I paid for a classic chicken sandwich I tried calling the restaurant but nobody answers. I will never visit this location again but they will be getting a phone call for me when they open up tomorrow. Not to mention I really want corporate to reach out to me. The female at the window was so rude and couldn't even give me my receipt.

It was great a year ago idk what has happened. Spent over 40$ this weekend. Not a single one of my mashed potato orders came with gravy (both tasted so unseasoned/you can tell what kind of person is in that kitchen). The chicken was hard and cold. Its pathetic. Its really not hard to fry chicken and whip up some box mashed potatoes correctly. You would think this place was ran by incompetent children.

The last 3 times were AWFUL! Now the lobby is closed so not only did I have to sit in the drive thru and wait for my online order but then the employees are extremely unfriendly. They almost forgot 2 of my drinks and then they forgot my 2 sides so now I’m sitting in the long drive thru again to be treated bad while the rest of the food gets cold. Oh and I LOVE the doughy biscuits we got again.

Order through uber eats, they were out of the wings. Instead of switching for tenders. They refused and said I would have to cancel my order and reorder. Do they not realize that's another charge because you have to wait for your money to come back. They wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call to ask if there was anything they could switch it for. This is poor customer service!!!
