Well, since you wanted to call me out for my 2 star review because of pricing, I will state the REAL reasons for that rating...there was a hair in the patty melt which we sent back and was re-served, which is how it should be. At that point, my fiance was disgusted, and did not eat. We simply took the reorder to go. I ordered a salad with my wings, the salad never showed up. I was never asked, meaning it was forgotten, I asked her to just skip it and take it off the bill. Not a complicated order, let's be real. We did not cause a scene in the restaurant, we are adults, even for which your server said thank you for the way we handled it. No problem there, or with service (other than the forgotten salad). But as for pricing, $17 for 12 wings IS very high in my opinion. In fact, wings...the most expensive thing on the menu??!! But you are correct, overall pricing is average. So there you have the real reasons for your 2 star rating.

Would not recommend!!! Went there on a Thursday night it wasn’t that busy, waitress Taylor took forever taking our order, charged me for drinks twice and wasn’t attentive at all! when we finally received our order I ordered the pull pork it was a watery mush with no flavor.. Beans were cold fry’s were the only good part of the meal, same for my girl friends food she ordered the Buffalo mac & cheese and it had a film over it like it was microwaved and been sitting out! Terrible service and food would not waste my time or money.

Our experience was great. My daughter and I ordered separate entrees and shared a salad. All three were prepared exactly as they should have been (temperature, texture, doneness, etc.) and had great flavor. The Cajun whitefish is extraordinary - super flavorful and expertly cooked. I’ll come back for that alone as I haven’t had fish so good anywhere else in STL, not even in Louisiana. She had the fish tacos and she enjoyed them as well. I tasted - that’s what we do! They were really good as well. The fish was well prepared and the sauce sealed the deal. The salad is unique and had the right amount of dressing and toppings. Love the mushrooms. The service was great as well. Our server was attentive with drinks and checked in on us appropriately. It was a Thursday evening. We arrived at 4:00 and left at about 5:15. They place filled up nicely and in looking around, others were being served in a timely manner and the food was coming out timely as well. To add to the great experience, the owner of the restaurant followed up with me via email to ask for feedback on our experience -(I had used a coupon that asked for my email address). I all of my many years of eating out - and we do that a lot - he was the first. He didn't want it sugar-coated and wanted all of the details. As you can see I had only good info to provide. I will continue to recommend this restaurant to friends and family!
