Taco Time Nw

I have never been to this "chain" before, and except for the fact that the person behind the counter did not explain their food very well, it was utterly delicious. It is the best fast food tacos I've ever had. Everything was really well done the service was excellent. The food was delicious. The lettuce was fresh and crisp and not the least bit brown. The tomatoes were incredible. I hope that there are some of these in the Kansas City area where I live. I would go again and again and again. F**k Taco Bell!

I called before I arrived to make sure the dining room was open. When I arrived a guy took my order. He seemed agitated and was maybe having a bad day. I took a picture of the menu so I could post it with my review. He was giving me an evil stare and I showed him that I was just taking a picture of the menu and that he wasn't in it. Then I was about to take a picture of their dining room and he told me that they don't allow that. I said I usually try to put a picture on for the business. He said, "most establishments don't allow pictures!" Okay....weird...most businesses are happy to get pictures and reviews in my experience but whatever. I deleted the other pictures and will only post pictures of my food. Every single table was dirty. I think he was trying to smooth things over as he was following me around sweeping up the dining room and he said for me to move a table closed sign to another table and use one of the clean closed tables. I did, but I feel like he should have. That table wasn't clean either. It would have taken an employee about 3 minutes to hit all the tables with a rag. The food tasted good which is why this is 2 stars instead of 1. The name on the receipt was Kurt. A very off-putting individual. I do enjoy the food at taco time and will continue to frequent the other locations.

Love that Taco Time food is always fresh and locally sourced. It's reliable -- I always know what I'm going to get. This location is a little different in that the drive thru goes through kind of an underpass. Looks odd, but the line moved quickly. Love the variety on the menu. We got tacos on this day and they hit the spot after a long day on the road.

Absolutely love taco time and especially this one. Food is always fresh and fast! Love the crisp burritos, salads, fish tacos and tots and literally everything! Staff is always friendly and just overall seem happy here. They give you as much hot sauce and ketchup as you want and we love us some hot sauce! Drive thru gets backed up since it’s a bit weird in the parking lot but like I said they are fast and great! Yummy!!
