Pulled up to drive thru. It took a bit for someone to say something. When they did they were mumbling and unintelligible. Managed to place the order. The person at the window had zero personality, but they did ask if I wanted condiments. I told them what i wanted. I get my order and leave. I get to work and no condiments. I eat a few fries. They were soggy and cold. Take a bite of the burger. It is cold like it wasn't on the grill long enough. The nuggets were also soggy. You need to take King out of your name. Nothing top notch about this location. Based off my experience they don't take pride in their job here.

Most definitely made my GOOD FRIDAY. Drive thru staff was very friend and amazing. The service was outstanding Excellent. Delicious food, appealing atmosphere, helpful staff I was in and out. I’d love to visit again.

Would not recommend if you go with a coupon n trying to save a buck, we had to leave because they couldn't take a coupon without a code on it even the expiration date was intact on it... We had to go to another one, that actually took our business " tore code coupon and all". On top of that, work staff was being intrusive by cleaning while I was in line and did not say excuse me or anything.. to show customer friendliness... ,would not stop mopping in front of me . And the staff there seemed unknowledgeable on thing's.

Terrible service. Dine in room closed. Are you serious? Or lazy? 22 min in drive thru line . Would of left but couldn't pull out. Staff on speaker did not give 2 craps. And was extremely unhappy when we said u gave us the wrong size combo.

Very rude black lady in drive thru. Hope she isn’t a manager. Very unprofessional and unintelligent. Undercooked food, old fries, and Pulling cars up in drive thru. Taking forever! Ghetto mess.

I have gone to this location multiple times before the time they are scheduled to close and they are either already closed before they are supposed to or close while you've been in the line waiting for 10 minutes to order. They tell you we'll we decided to close at 1150 tonight but we were in line before then. I think it's very inconvenient of the employees to do this.... I know everywhere is short staffed but if that's the case post the actual hours yall will be opening and closing each day so people don't waste their time waiting in line....

You need to look at your tickets or ask for them and see how much they pay for your order since the cashier is overcharging and gets upset if you don't pay in cash, it's the second time they want to charge me 7 dollars more. I will be posting until they solve this company problem

Slow service, said one bacon burger from value sides. And charged me and gave me a bacon king....and had same repeat of sandwich 4 times. Ordered other things. And it was wrong.
