Mcdonald's

This location seems to be having some sort of staffing issues. The last 3 times I ordered here, I was asked to pull forward. Then, each time, I had to wait over 20 minutes before I went in to find out what had happened. One time they seemed to have completely forgotten about me. Another time they failed to inform me that it would take upwards of 45 minutes to clean the ice cream machine. The manager refunded my items that time. On the upside, the location is kept clean and tidy. But that’s about the only upside. I’ve never once in the last few months gotten my entire order correct at the window. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Go to the 360/Arkansas location instead — I’ve never had any issues there. Or if you want ice cream, there’s a Sonic literally right across the street that is always excellent.

Update… I tried again after my last review below. Entered drive thru line ( which was around the building) at 10:50pm Sat night April 30,2022. Got my food at 11:28pm. I don’t know which is worse… taking 38 minutes to get the food or me actually waiting for it. I’d leave zero stars if I could * prior review… Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in my entire life. We live close so it’s convenient but every single time I come through after 8 PM they are always out of something. Tonight it’s the soda machine isn’t working so the only drinks available are the more expensive frozen drinks. Other nights at ice cream. Other nights at sweet tea other nights they don’t have barbecue sauce. I mean what kind of restaurant continuously runs out of food? Tonight is probably my final visit ever to this particular McDonald’s.

A $3.01 was charged on my account from this MacDonald and when i came on May 19, 2022 to ask why this happened the store manager was Sarcastic and a dramatic in the way she was talking to me. I have been coming to this Macdonald's for years and never had this problem till today! She was Not professional and out of place!!

On 06/21/2022 (Tuesday) at approximately between 9:50ish to 10:00ish PM I visited this location. The line was as usual long but I understood this to be a normal event since McDonalds usually has longer lines, I get it. What was an issue for me was the fact that you have this very long line and slow service and in open view of most customers, a female worker as well as two young men who did not appear to be working there just step outside by a car and proceed to just down a bottle of liquor in front of most customers line of vision. After about like 5 mins the three individuals including the female worker go right back inside to what I can assume attending to the line. This is just annoying because if who ever is management or supervisor at the time just allowed this and then further let this person go back in and work needs to take a look at how they are operating this establishment. As a customer this is super annoying since, we are already having to wait a long time in a long line moving a snails pace only to see something like this. This is ridiculous and I hope this gets addressed.

Very frustrating when you pull up to the drive through speaker and your waiting to order and you get a attitude when you say hello oh and when you get to the pickup window they just hand you your order and say nothing. What happened to acknowledging people and being friendly. Especially in food service smh. RUDE IS NOT CUTE!!!

3/31/22...We came here for 2 large fries, nothing else. We got cheated! See pictures. Time to drive a little farther and go to WHATABURGER!! RIGHT ACROSS THE FREEWAY! 2/2/22....We went through the drive thru. Having forgotten to order fries, they would not take my order at the pickup window. We had to go back through the drive thru line if we wanted fries. That was a bit ridiculous 🙄. So we went across the street to sonic to get tator tots instead.
