Pancho's

I didn’t even know these places were still open. Haven’t been to a Panchos since I was a child. I’ll admit all I remember as a kid was the dessert at the end and raising the flag. Four stars for service. Waitress was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Food wasn’t up to par though. Which I understand I guess since it’s Mexican buffet. Hospital food is what it reminded me of. Still brought back memories. Thank you.

So the actual dining experience was great. The waiter was awesome. My family of 3 came in probably an hour and a half before closing and as soon as we made it to the buffet line we were met by very rude and rushed service. The server was almost yelling at us. We couldn't even tell the bit...server exactly what we wanted on our plates. Since these were the first faces we saw coming in that night... Pancho might want to do some in house cleaning and find some different faces to greet guests. 3 ⭐ solely based on my waiter and his attentiveness.

I haven't been to this location on 8 years and me and my wife couldn't finish what we had got.. food was dry and very bland.. I got a burger which was ok but ask for mayo twice and both were expired.. customer service was sub par and would NOT recommend them for the price unless you like that type of thing.. very bad experience and will not be returning.. let alone the expired mayo will get you sick..
